Government Future Financing 2030 Program ®

Elite Capital & Co. Limited is proud to introduce the groundbreaking Government Future Financing 2030 Program (GFF2030), a pioneering financial initiative designed to revolutionise the way governments fund their national projects. Launched on 15th January 2020, this innovative program offers a unique alternative to traditional sovereign lending, providing governments with sustainable financial solutions tailored to their developmental needs.

Under the GFF2030 Program, Elite Capital & Co. Limited collaborates with governmental portfolios to sign strategic agreements with respective governments. These agreements are structured to support the financing of National Projects by covering 80% of the required funding. This approach ensures that the Ministry of Finance is not burdened with additional sovereign debt, thereby promoting fiscal stability and economic growth.

In return, the government facilitates a transparent and competitive bidding process, inviting local companies and international consortia to participate in securing the remaining 20% of funding, as well as the construction and operational aspects of the projects. This process is meticulously designed to uphold the principles of fairness, equality, and transparency, in full compliance with the applicable rules, regulations, and laws of the respective country.
